The range works really well, and for me that was a big question and plus when I was able to use them in my small business shop area. If the system wouldn’t keep needing to be reset with additional headsets and had a talking caller id I would consider keeping it but it’s not functional. The main phone with the answering machine has a large time and date displace that is really nice. However, it losses about an hour of time everyday! Other than the time loss, it is a really nice set of phones.

One cradle came in defective and Vtech was good in replacing the whole set even though I only needed the cradle. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a cordless phone with the latest DECT 6. Like modern phones it’s light and I attached it to the table with a small amount of Velcro. When I saw this presented with the call block feature on ALL 3 handsets I jumped right on it. I have one in my office, one in the living room & one in the main bath. I love that I can answer the phone when a number I don’t know shows up & just hit the call block button from the handset.
